ABOUT JILL
Have you ever felt trapped in discomfort - wanting to be anywhere else but in your mind and body?
Jill’s journey from battling grief, and emotional and mental health challenges to finding healing through yoga therapy has been transformative for her life. She now passionately shares her experiences and healing practices, helping others to embrace both comfort and discomfort by being present in those states and meeting them with grace and compassion.
Through her programs, Jill offers her students opportunities to be with all that is present, the space to breathe into the transitions, and the allowance for it to all be here.
